SCRS Quick Tips: Fix Missing Information with the DEG

Share This:

In this video, Danny Gredinberg with the Database Enhancement Gateway (DEG) discusses how to effectively use it to address missing information in any of the three major collision repair estimating systems.

This might include missing parts, missing labor time or even missing graphics or footnotes.

Danny digs into DEG Inquiry 18866 to detail how the repairer effectively addressed missing diagrams and labor for an inner reinforcement panel on a 2020 Dodge Durango.

Learn what to submit to help substantiate your inquiry, and how quickly and effectively the process can work to add back in missing information, to help you correctly document your repair plan. Make sure to communicate your questions to the IPs using www.degweb.org if something in the estimating system doesn’t look right.
