FinishMaster is holding its first ever Hood Master Exhibit, 6 to 9 p.m. Oct. 15 at the Bullseye Event Center, 723 S. Capital Ave., Indianapolis.

The exhibit will feature mini car hoods painted by some of the most insanely talented artists in the automotive industry, with any design of their choice, competing in Pin-Striping or Airbrush categories for a chance to win more than $20,000 in prizes. All members of the family are welcome.

A panel of industry experts and influencers will judge the entries, based on objective criteria:

  • Creativity/originality (40%)
  • Professional quality and technique (40%)
  • Design, composition, color/tones (20%)

Judging will take place in Indianapolis on Oct. 15.

The Crowd Favorite will be selected by the public, combining an online vote and in-person vote at the exhibit.

Winners will be notified and announced on/by Oct. 19.

In addition, FinishMaster will host PiN MASTER, a student competition showcasing high school and college students’ artwork.

A silent auction and raffle with prizes will help raise funds for a student scholarship through the Collision Repair Education Foundation (CREF), supporting deserving students as they pursue a collision repair education.

Adult beverages will be available for purchase. Purchases can be made using debit/credit cards.

Attendance is free but FinishMaster requests attendees RSVP here.
