Tech Company Offering Free Services to Auto Body Shops Through June 30

Fancy Auto Technologies is offering three digital services to auto body shops for free through June 30, with no obligation thereafter.

"In light of these surreal circumstances, I am looking to help auto body shops and auto mechanics stay afloat," said founder Eyal Dunkel. "Our services get results."

Dunkel said he developed the services over the past decade, as he used his technology background to improve his dad's Los Angeles auto body shop.

The shop was founded in 1968. Dunkel joined in 2008, when his dad was facing a serious health issue. His dad made a full recovery, and the father and son duo have been working together since.

"Our shop is considered one of the top certified shops in Los Angeles, if not beyond," Dunkel said.

Dunkel said as he learned the business, he worked hard to get the shop certified, and pushed for continuing education in the rapidly changing automotive repair industry.

He saw a way to improve the business using his technology background, and developed a suite of services, which he started offering to other shops in 2019.

Damage Review photo estimate is a powerful, secure, yet easy-to-use way for people to request an estimate from an auto body shop, right from their mobile devices or computers.

It is customized specifically for each shop without any software download, installation or maintenance, and there's no need to get a text to get started. It's simple for anyone to use.

This service generates as much as 15% of some of his shop's monthly revenues, Dunkel said.
