Larson Electronics has released a 33 watt four foot Class 1 Division 2 LED strip light equipped with a twenty foot cord terminated with an optional explosion proof cord cap.

The HAL-48-33W-LED-1227-20C hazardous location LED strip light is designed to provide a lighting solution for applications where Class 1 Division 2 compliance is required. This four foot LED strip light produces 2,416 lumens and operates from 120 to 277 volts AC. This strip light is constructed of powder coated extruded aluminum, and carries an IP54 rating. This strip light is weather resistant, suitable for indoor and outdoor applications, according to a company press release.

The LED strip light can be mounted on two adjustable end brackets that allow for placement on flat surfaces. The light can then be adjusted to a 170° vertical angle.

“This hazardous location LED strip light is completed with a twenty foot cord terminated in an optional explosion proof cord cap to provide complete protection when used in a Class 1 Division 2 area,” said Rob Bresnahan, CEO of Larson Electronics. “Featuring a compact design, this hazardous location strip light is ideal in locations where space is limited, but a bright source of illumination is desired.”
