A-1 Toyota, a Glasurit customer based in New Haven, Conn., is a two-time winner of the award, having also won in 2016. Balise Collision Repair, an R-M customer with five collision centers servicing Springfield, Mass. and Warwick, Rhode Island, received the award for a second year in a row. Both shops were recognized for a long list of achievements that met the rigorous criteria for the annual award.
