They brought in vehicles for repair and evaluated the estimate process, customer service and the repair quality. Unknowingly, CARSTAR Concord was included in this mystery shopping. The results of this investigation were aired on CTV on March 10 (segment available here). Although the overall piece was not very positive on other repair facilities included, CARSTAR North America was shown as the only one out of 10 collision repair companies to provide an accurate estimate and deliver a repair that met the industry and insurance company standards.
