Steck Manufacturing Company has released a new tool expressly designed to save time and money. The Xtension Arm Kit (P/N 35752) allows body shop technicians to utilize existing shop X-Work Stands to paint bumper edges and fenders angles which currently cannot be done because of their extended length and curved surface areas.
 The XTension Arm Kit - with two easy mount steel clamps and 24" steel extender arms - allows technicians to turn existing work benches into painting stands for bumpers and fenders as well as motorcycle tanks and fenders.
Work stands are easily converted by attaching the clamp to the bench and extender arm to the bumper and/or fender to stabilize the component for easier painting access. The XTension Arm has hand adjustable lock knobs on the clamp that will fit both heavy and light duty bench legs. The stable area ensures all surfaces are painted in the same angle as well as completely painting all edges.
