Autoliv presents two new airbags at international safety conference E-mail

    At the international scientific conference Enhanced Safety of Vehicles (ESV), Autoliv Inc. introduced two new airbags. The Bumper Airbag for SUVs addresses the compatibility problem associated with them and other high-hooded vehicles colliding with passenger cars and other low-profile vehicles. The Front Edge Airbag is designed to save the lives of pedestrians when struck by an SUV.

Recently released 2007/2008 Aftermarket Factbook adds 32 pages of aftermarket data E-mail

    General Motors Corp. made history May 15 as its Chevy Sequel – the world’s most technologically advanced automobile – became the first electrically-driven fuel cell vehicle to achieve 300 miles on one tank of hydrogen, in and out of traffic on public roads, while producing zero emissions.
