You hereby agree that any cause of action you may have with respect to Autobody News or the Service must be filed in a federal or state court located in or having jurisdiction over Oceanside, California, within two months of the time in which the events giving rise to such claim began, or you agree to waive such claim. This site is controlled, operated and administered by Autobody News from within the United States of America. Autobody News makes no representation that materials at this site are appropriate or available for use at other locations outside of the United States and access to them from territories where their contents are illegal is prohibited.
