You hereby agree that any cause of action you may have with respect to Autobody News or the Service must be filed in a federal or state court located in or having jurisdiction over Oceanside, California, within two months of the time in which the events giving rise to such claim began, or you agree to waive such claim. This site is controlled, operated and administered by Autobody News from within the United States of America.
