The Alliance of Automotive Service Providers-New Jersey will hold its annual meeting on Thursday, Oct. 11.
The annual meeting will include a discussion on insurance-mandated parts procurement programs, such as the State Farm/PartsTrader pilot program, which, the association says is "the biggest issue to impact the collision industry in recent years. They have the potential of negatively impacting both your profits and the way you do business. You need to attend this critical meeting to better understand how these programs are being implemented, what feedback is stemming from the markets facing it firsthand, and how it might affect you if it is allowed to enter the New Jersey market." Collision shop and parts vendors are encouraged to attend.
SCRS Executive Director, Aaron Schulenburg, will present the most current information available and answer questions.
Member cost is $50 per person and non-member guests is $75. 7PM Cash bar opens at 7 p.m. and dinner will be served at 7:30 p.m.
Deadline to register is Oct. 8.
The meeting will be held at the Holiday Inn-(Formally Crown Plaza Hotel), 36 Valley Road Clark, NJ 07066. (Just off the circle at GSP exit 135). 732-574-0100.
