Wednesday, 01 March 2006

Clinton Morton, an employee of Carlisle Chevy in Waxahachie, Texas, is the grand prize winner of the third and final drawing in the BASF sweepstakes, designed to promote BASF's web sites. His name was drawn from almost 5,800 entrants.

Like the first two sweepstakes winners, Morton won a custom-painted BASF toolbox (roll cab and chest), which has a retail value of $7,700 and comes fully equipped with refinishing tools and supplies, including the innovative R-M® CTR® Repair System for small damage paint repairs.

"We pride ourselves in helping our customers become winners, and we congratulate Clinton on winning the sweepstakes," said Brent Wallace, R-M product manager for BASF's Automotive Refinish business in North America.

"Our goal was to broaden refinish industry awareness of our online resources. We were pleased by the number of industry professionals that submitted entries online and used the opportunity to see how our web sites and other business offerings can help them be more productive."

Visitors to www.BASFToolbox.com can learn more about many of BASF's leading- edge informational and eBusiness offerings, including SmartTools®, Vision-PLUS®, color tools and BASF's Internet "mall" sites.
