State Farm and USAA take ACCA best insurer honors |

The Arizona Collision Craftsmen's Association (ACCA) conducted their ninth annual "Best" Insurer Survey of Arizona automotive insurance companies. Taking first place for "Best" Insurer for customer service in 2005 was State Farm Insurance. Second place was presented to USAA and Chubb Group received third place recognition. Ohio Casualty received most improved from the 2004 rankings to 2005 in the area of customer service.
The following seven companies, in rank order, make up the remainder of the top ten: American Family, SAFECO/American States, Farm Bureau Mutual, Fireman's Fund, Hartford Insurance, 21st Century Insurance, and California Casualty.  | State Farm Insurance wins the Arizona Collision Craftsmen's Association 2005 'Best Insurer' award.

The "Best" Insurer Survey is a tool used to assess the overall quality of customer service incorporated by each insurance company based on the experience of Arizona body shop owners and managers. The ten highest rated insurance companies were recognized at ACCA's "Best" Insurer Awards Banquet, emceed by NBC Channel 12's Consumer Advocate Rick Debruhl, on Wednesday, September 14, 2005.
