Assured Performance, a consumer advocacy organization, and the largest network of independently owned shops in the world, announced today Jack Rozint has been named to the position of Chief Operating Officer. As COO, Rozint will assume responsibility for key operations of the network business as well as strategic industry alliances.
Rozint has more than 20 years of experience with many key aspects of industry and business operations. In the 1980s, he directed product development for Akzo Nobel’s Collision Repair Management System (CRMS). Beginning in the 1990s he filled many key positions in CCC, eventually becoming Senior Vice President. Rozint later founded RepairCar.com, served as Senior VP at Ensera, and was a global General Manager for Robert Bosch. He has served on many industry committees, participated with various associations and organizations, attended the key industry functions, and spearheaded many leading initiatives. Recently, Rozint operated a large independently owned collision repair business, growing revenue to an annual run rate of more than $6 million.
"I believe that the collision industry is at a critical point in its evolution with eroding profit margins compounded by attempts at severing the relationship between repairers and vehicle owners," stated Rozint.
