The deadline for submitting exhibitor contracts for the 2006 International Autobody Congress & Exposition (NACE) is Wednesday, March 15. The official Space Draw and booth assignments will begin Monday, March 20. The NACE 2006 Exhibitor Prospectus was scheduled to be distributed the first week of February. 

Only those companies having exhibited at NACE during the past two years along with current Associate Members of the Automotive Service Association (ASA), the show sponsor, are eligible to participate in the Space Draw with established points.

However, companies who may not meet any of these requirements are welcome to submit their contracts and be assigned in the zero point category after the initial Space Draw assignments are complete. Plus all companies submitting their contracts by the Space Draw deadline of March 15 will benefit from a $1.00 per square foot savings.

"NACE has become a true buyers' show and continues to be the only event of its kind specifically designed for the collision repair industry - from both an exhibitor and attendee standpoint," states Dana Teague, NACE senior show director. "Bringing buyers and sellers together is what NACE is all about. In fact, we've expanded the Saturday hours to allow exhibitors even more sales opportunities." The NACE 2006 Exposition hours are 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Thursday and Friday, and 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday.

NACE 2006 will be held November 1-4, at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center in Las Vegas, Nevada. The educational conference will run from Noember 1-4 (Wednesday-Saturday), and the exposition will take place November 2-4 (Thursday-Saturday). The event will again be held during Automotive Aftermarket Industry Week (AAIW), taking place that same week in Las Vegas.
