Honored for customer satisfaction

CSi Complete, an Ohio-based company that conducts customer satisfaction research, presented its "Clearly Elite Award" to shop consolidator True2Form Collision Repair Centers. The award is presented to one of the company's clients based on consistent tracking of customer satisfaction, the ability to communicate electronically, CSI percentage, and a willingness to provide feedback to CSi Complete.

Shops praise association leaders

The Everest Partners network of shops presented an award for "Extraordinary Contribution to Industry Unity" to SCRS Executive Director Dan Risley and ASA President Ron Pyle.

"These two determined people have a wonderful vision of how two leaders can bring the industry together," Nick Gojmeric of the Everest Partners said in presenting the award.

New award for 'quiet' work

J. Michael Seger, chief financial officer for Lehman's Garage in Bloomington, Minnesota, received the Collision Industry "Q" Award, a first-time honor presented to recognize "quiet," behind-the-scenes efforts for his community, his business and the industry.

"He stays out of the spotlight, but right in the heart of everything that needs to be done," Hendler said in presenting the award to Seger.
