I-CAR is beefing up its marketing staff. Joyce Kasmer has been named the Director of Marketing and Brandon Eckenrode has been promoted to supervisor of marketing communications.
With over nine years of marketing experience, Kasmer will oversee both the I-CAR Customer Care and Marketing departments. Eckenrode was a National Auto Body Council (NABC) 2006 PRIDE award recipient for his community service work as a member of the collision industry. | Before taking on this position, Kasmer served as installed base marketing manager, North America, for Videojet Technologies. While with Videojet, Kasmer Prior to working at Videojet, Kasmer was supervisor of parts marketing for Nissan Forklift Corp, where she managed a multi-million dollar commodity aftermarket parts program; designed and implemented customer surveys; and performed parts pricing analyses against competition. Eckenrode promoted I-CAR Senior Marketing Communications Specialist Brandon Eckenrode was promoted to Supervisor of Marketing Communications on July 1. Eckenrode will largely be responsible for overseeing advertising, media relations, and the marketing of all I-CAR training deliveries – Live, Online, and Qualification Tests including Mobile Qualification Tests. He will also continue to lead the marketing efforts of the I-CAR International Annual Meeting and the I-CAR presence at NACE. Eckenrode will report directly to Kasmer, while Jolinda Ottum, Marketing Communications Specialist, will report to Eckenrode. A graduate of Western Illinois University in Macomb, Illinois, Eckenrode has been employed by I-CAR since January 2002. |
