CynCast streamlines info sharing for the auto claims industry E-mail
Monday, 01 May 2006

The auto claims industry has a new source for information, integration services and transaction processing. CynCast, headquartered in Anaheim Hills, offers the industry's most comprehensive and timely auto claims business intelligence information.

Said Doug Kelly, president & COO for CynCast: "The industry is awash with new software applications and claims solutions, most of which are standalone. CynCast's ability to integrate different systems working together with other software companies and automating the sharing of data is our core competency."

CynCast helps power applications for industry constituents, including collision repair service providers, insurers, OEMs, refinish suppliers, car rental companies, parts suppliers and other vendors. "There are a number of terrific software products and information services available in the marketplace, each of which typically delivers functionality or benefit to a specific stakeholder," said Kelly.

"Typically these systems are not designed to work together and as a result, collision repair shops, insurers and suppliers find it increasingly difficult to leverage their own solutions without integrating with others, seamlessly in real-time."

CynCast provides a CIECA compliant open technology platform designed for data extraction, data warehousing and business intelligence that extends and adds value to existing customer systems. The unique suite of technology and information services is designed to streamline electronic commerce among the different trading partners in the auto claims industry.

CynCast has successfully integrated with 14 different collision repair shop management systems, three estimating systems, ADP's electronic payment solution, Enterprise Rent-A-Car's ARMS system, a time and attendance package, an RFQ procurement solution and others. CynCast's client list includes two of the top 10 insurers, the world's largest car company, a major paint manufacturer and several large collision repair groups, including the Fix Auto network.
