CSi Complete has appointed David Merrell to the newly-created position of Vice President of Strategic Initiatives. In this position, Merrell will be responsible for many insurance-related opportunities as well as product definition and strategic relationships. 

Merrell comes to CSi Complete from Enterprise Logistics, where he has served as president since April 2004. He has a distinguished career in the automotive claims and repair facility industry and will maintain his leadership positions in the National Auto Body Council (NABC), Collision Industry Conference (CIC) and other associations.

In related moves, Erich Keller has been promoted to vice president, Sales and Marketing; Ken Oshida has been promoted to vice president, CSi Complete Operations; and John Webb has been promoted to senior vice president, Marketing and New Business. All three have at least eight years with the company.
