"Owning & Operating A Profitable Collision Repair Business Free Of Insurance Interference" is the topic of the Coalition for Collision Repair Excellence (theCCRE) annual conference and seminar series to take place October 5-6, 2006, at the Atlantis Hotel and Casino, Reno Nevada.
This year's event will include two days of seminars covering what theCCRE considers the real issues needed for shops to remain profitable and in business, including: • To Estimate or to Not Estimate?… that is the question • A review of how legal forms can assist in keeping jobs in your shop • The importance of proper documentation that protects you from liability • How to turn "materials costs" into a "profit center" • The merits of job-costing in tracking parts, materials, labor, and other expenses • A review of necessary shop docu- mentation for shop owners, consumers, government agencies, and insurers • Round-table discussions And much, much more of the "nuts and bolts" information necessary to successfully operate a profitable collision repair business independent of outside interference.
