Caliber Collision appoints Vincent Claudio as VP |

Caliber Collision Centers, an Irvine-based operator of collision repair facilities in California and Texas, has named Vincent Claudio its vice president of client services.

Claudio brings over 18 years of collision repair and insurance industry experience to Caliber, with his most recent position being director of physical damage claims for Safeco Insurance Co. As director, he was responsible for the oversight of the physical damage claims processes and management of Safeco's direct repair relationships throughout the United States.
"With his extensive knowledge of physical damage claims management and the collision repair industry, Vince will add invaluable skills to our industry-best management team and will help us exceed our service commitments to the consumer and the insurance community," said Dan Pettigrew, executive vice president of operations for Caliber Collision Centers. "We believe that Vince will complement our outstanding management team and will be welcomed by our insurance clients." As vice president of client services, Claudio will assume responsibility for all aspects of operations related to Caliber's service commitments to consumers, insurance clients, dealers and fleets. In this new position, he will also focus on enhancing Caliber's best-in-industry operations execution and service delivery. Claudio began his career with 20th Century Insurance Co. in 1985. From 1986 through 1999, Claudio held several claims management positions with American States Insurance Co. In 1999, after the acquisition of American States by Safeco Insurance Co., Claudio was promoted and relocated to Seattle to work on the development, implementation and management of Safeco's automobile physical damage programs and strategic initiatives. In 2001, Claudio was promoted to director of physical damage claims. Claudio currently serves on the board of directors of I-CAR and his other industry association and leadership positions include: past chairman of the Customer Satisfaction (CSI) Sub-Committee of CIECA, current member of CAPA's Technical Committee, member of the International Association of Special Investigators and a member of the Northern California Fraud Investigators Association. |
