Technicians using Car-O-Liner Vision X3 software and the EVO 1-3 universal fixturing and holding kit system on a Mark 6 Bench learned proper techniques for replacing a B-Pillar and Rocker Section on the 2007 BMW X5 SAV. The repair was completed using the CR600 Resistance Spot Welder.  the BMW Instructor along with assistance from Car-O-Liner were able to give the students the latest technique of both BMW and Car-O-Liner Processes.

According to Shawn “the proper way to train the technician is with the equipment they are most comfortable with, which is what they use everyday. By having the training specific to the structural equipment used just adds to complete the training process.” BMW will continue to offer more training in the future combining both the OEM Process and Car-O-Liner Equipment.
