AutoLign Manufacturing, independent aftermarket manufacturer of bumper covers for collision replacement in North America, now offers an expanded web site for customer use. In addition to detailed information about AutoLign and the company's manufacturing facility, the web site has a full application guide listing all the replacement bumper covers the company manufacturers and what vehicles they fit. This list is continually being updated with new applications.
AutoLign has earned a reputation for premium quality by using sophisticated manufacturing processes, tooling and materials. For example, the company has nine thermoplastic olefin (TPO) injection molding machines, considered an advanced technology. AutoLign also has seven high-pressure reaction injection molding (RIM) machines with an automated injection process that orients parts in three dimensions. A video stream tour of these operations can be seen on the web site. AutoLign follows a diligent quality control process during mold making to ensure that all parts produced from a mold are up to exacting quality standards. The company goes one step further by test fitting their pre-production parts on actual vehicles to fine tune each mold for a premium quality fit. This test fitting is also demonstrated on the web site in a video stream. A top-quality collision repair job begins where AutoLign leaves off - at the end of the paint line. All bumper covers pass though one of two of AutoLign's custom-designed primer paint lines - one dedicated for each injection department before they are inspected, wrapped and shipped to body shop's around the country.
