The Arizona Collision Craftsmen's Association (ACCA) will host their Annual May Mixer and Vendor Night on Wednesday, May 18, 2005 at the Hilton Phoenix Airport in Phoenix, Arizona. This annual event features education for industry professionals and opportunities for industry vendors to showcase their newest products and services to the Arizona collision industry. 

Risley

The evening's keynote speaker is Dan Risley, executive director of the Society of Collision Repair Specialists (SCRS). Risley, 34, has served as executive director for SCRS for the past four years. He began his career in the collision repair industry working for a family-owned repair facility in the south suburbs of Chicago. Risley left the family business to work for BASF Automotive Refinishing Division as a sales and service representative. He also worked as project manager for CCC Information Services and National Accounts Manager for Carstation.

Risley will be educating attendees on the repairability of today's vehicles, two- way communication, and the CIC Task Force, closing with a discussion on the future of the collision repair industry.

In addition to Risley's presentation, the night will feature an expo, where collision industry vendors showcase their latest products and services to dinner attendees and show their support for the ACCA.

The ACCA May Mixer and Vendor Night costs $35 for pre-registered ACCA members and $40 for non-members and walk-ins. Vendor tables are available for $250.
