Arizona collision repair facility managers will rate Arizona automotive insurance companies on practices, customer service and payment processes through the Arizona Collision Craftsmen's Association (ACCA)'s 9th Annual "Best" Insurer Survey.
The survey, distributed in July to Arizona body shops, is conducted annually in an attempt to better educate Arizona consumers on the overall quality of customer service incorporated by each insurance company. The survey focus is measuring insurance companies' overall policies, attitudes and payment processes and their focus on quality and timely repair for the consumer. Survey results will be announced at the ACCA's "Best" Insurer Awards Banquet, emceed by NBC Channel 12's Consumer Advocate Rick Debruhl, on Wednesday, September 14, 2005, at the Hilton Phoenix Airport Hotel in Phoenix. Results will be released to the public and the media on Thursday, September 15th and will also be posted on the ACCA's newly developed, interactive website: www.az-cca.com. For more information regarding the ACCA or to become a member, please visit the www.az-cca.com or contact the Association headquarters: (480) 893-1222. |
