VeriFacts Automotive’s ACE (Achievement in Collision Repair Excellence ) Innovation Award and the ACE Commitment to Consumers Award were among the ACE awards presented at the 2007 Collision Industry Achievement Awards Luncheon at NACE.

A new honor – the VeriFacts March Taylor Technician ACE Award  – was presented to Glenn Davis of ARA CARSTAR Everett in Everett, Washington. “Glenn exemplifies all the qualities we look for when deciding on the winner of the Technician ACE Award,” stated Mark Olson, COO of VeriFacts Automotive. “He has a positive attitude all the time, helps and mentors the other technicians in the shop and produces high quality. He is accountable for his work and strives to ‘do the right thing’ regardless of the circumstances.”

The VeriFacts Repair Center ACE Award was presented to Fletcher Jones Motor Cars in Newport Beach, California. Mark Claypool, vice president of operations said, “Fletcher Jones is a shop that makes a constant effort to be the best. They are extremely organized and have consistent quality, and the repairs they produce go beyond the industry standard. This is a shop that is highly deserving of this award.”

Another award VeriFacts has presented is the ACE Innovation Award, which recognizes an individual or individuals bringing a product, solution or idea to the industry which sets them apart from their peers. This prestigious award is only given out when innovation is put to its truest test. The award was presented to Marco Maimone of Marco’s Auto Body, San Gabriel, California for creating an exceptional quality process and technician development program within his organization.

The final VeriFacts award is the ACE Commitment to Consumers Award, which recognizes those manufacturers and other companies in the collision repair industry that continually provide services and willingly share product information with consumers, free-of-charge. For their user-friendly and easy-to-use website, which can be freely accessed by any consumer or collision repair facility, VeriFacts Automotive honored the General Motors Corporation, for their true expression of what is good for their customers.
